Neke od prednosti ovakvog vida radnog odnosa su: mogućnost da sami definišete radne sate, nezavisnost i slobodu u isprobavanju novih ideja i povećano zadovoljstvo poslom. Šta je potrebno znati ako se odlučite na ovaj potez?

Pravna i finansijska pitanja i regulativa – Dokumentacija potrebna za registraciju preduzeća, agencije ili start ap kompanije u Agenciji za privredne registre, dokumentacija potrebna za otvaranje računa u banci, uplaćivanje poreza, doprinosa, zdravstvenog i socijalnog osiguranja, vođenje knjiga itd.

Istraživanje tržište – prikupljanje informacija o postojećim sličnim preduzećima, agencijama, uslugama ili proizvodima koje nude, potencijalnoj konkurenciji i šta oni nude/kako oni rade?

Kapital koji potrebno investirati – Bez ulaganja nema ni dobiti, rekli bi preduzetnici i privrednici. Ukoliko ne raspolažete sa kapitalom koji bi mogli da uložite, postoje krediti za start ap kompanije, fondovi koji dodeljuju novac za pokretanje sopstvenog biznisa, preduzetnički krediti i slično.

Biznis plan – Biznis plan je važan za bilo koje preduzeće, bez obzira da li je malo, srednje ili veliko. Biznis plan predstavlja dokument plan vizije preduzeća, put od želja do stvarnosti. U njemu su postavljeni ciljevi, analizirane osnovne slabosti i najznačajnije prednosti planiranih aktivnosti i u skladu sa tim utvrđena osnovna strategija njegovog sprovođenja. Standardni elementi biznis plana su: cilj, profil kompanije, ocena tržišne pozicije, marketing plan, plan razvoja, finansijski plan.

Biznis inkubatori, programi edukacije za razvoj sopstvenog biznisa pri privrednim komorama, fondovi koji dodeljuju kredite za preduzetnike, predstavljaju važne resurse u pružanju podrške i podsticanju mladih koji se odlučuju za ovaj potez.
