Prevent Windows 10 to update on Windows 11

 You may disable Windows 10 to update on Windows 11 via the registry:

Run regedit.exe

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

Right-click "WindowsUpdate", and select "New > Dword (32-bit) Value"

Name the item TargetReleaseVersionInfo and set its value to 21H1.
