How did I create a vsmenu linux application?

Application was created with an excellent fpc and lazarus on Debian XFCE= 

sudo apt update

sudo apt install fpc lazarus

You do not need to install vsmenu, because it is simple executable application for Linux.

You do not need lazarus and fpc to run it.
